Divine Service
The Divine Service is the central worship service in the LCMS. It is based on the traditional liturgical practices of the early Christian Church and includes elements such as the reading of Scripture, the singing of hymns, the preaching of a sermon, and the administration of the sacraments of Holy Communion and Holy Baptism.
